Exchanges and returns. What if my order arrives in poor condition, is defective, or is not to my liking?
* Returns for factory defects.
The User may return any product with a factory defect to IVANVCHI free of charge.
To request an exchange or return, contact us and give us your order number and the reason for the exchange and the name of the product. You can do this by filling out the contact form.
The User will have a period of one month to inform IVANVCHI of their lack of satisfaction with the product starting from when they become aware of the defect, listing the product name along with a photograph of it and a description of the defects encountered. Past the end of this period, IVANVCHI will not assume responsibility for any claimed damages or harm.
Once communication received, IVANVCHI will inform you within 3 days if you agree to the return of the product, in which case, IVANVCHI will proceed to arrange a local pick-up.
In order to collect the product, it must have all the labels, packagings, documentation and original accessories. Otherwise, IVANVCHI may deny the return of the product.
Once we receive the product and verify the defects, IVANVCHI will proceed to replace it with an item with identical characteristics at no cost to the Customer.
Cancellations
The Customer shall have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when they receive the Product to inform us of their total or partial cancellation of their Product purchase in conformity with applicable legislation.
Once fourteen (14) calendar days have passed, IVANVCHI will not accept returns for Product purchase cancellations.
A return carried out within the appropriate timeframe will not incur any penalization. Nevertheless, the Customer must be responsible for shipping costs.
To make use of this system, the Product must be in the same condition in which it was received with the original labeling. The Customer must send the Product in the same box or bag or in a similar form of packaging. If the product is not sent with the original packaging, the Product may suffer depreciation.

I’ve tried on the sunglasses and I don’t like the way they look. Can I switch out the model of sunglasses that I bought?
We want you to look perfect with our sunglasses! If you bought one model and upon trying them on decided that you didn’t like the way you look, we’ll exchange them for another pair. You will need to pay for the return’s shipping costs, but once we receive the product, we’ll send you the new model free of charge. Please remember that if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can return the item within fourteen (14) calendar days of when you received it (same time for withdrawals).
