From local warehouses in the US and Europe. That’s how orders arrive in 3–5 business days in the US, UK and EU — no month-long waits.

How long does delivery take?

US/UK/EU: 3–5 business days. Canada: 4–7. Switzerland & UAE: 5–8. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

From $4.95, and FREE above $49 (US/UK/EU — see the full table on our shipping page).

Will I pay customs fees?

No surprises: EU orders ship with import VAT handled (IOSS), and we pre-arrange duties for other destinations where applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. More local methods are added regularly.

What if I don’t like my order?

You have a 30-day return guarantee: return any item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See Returns & Refunds for the simple process.

My order arrived damaged — what now?

Email a photo to [email protected] within 48h and we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to return anything.
