By placing an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability (with a full refund).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes for EU/UK destinations unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.
4. Shipping
Delivery times and costs are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery. For EU destinations we ship with import duties handled — you will not pay surprise customs fees on orders covered by IOSS.
5. Returns and withdrawal
You have a 30-day return guarantee as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which includes and extends your statutory rights (including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal).
6. Warranty

Subscribe-and-save orders renew automatically at the selected interval. You will receive a reminder email before each charge and can pause or cancel anytime from My Account.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which remain fully applicable.
