30-day return guarantee
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. (Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right if you are in the EU or UK remains unaffected.)
Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in its original box/packaging, with all accessories, manuals and parts included.
- Returns that arrive used, damaged by the customer or incomplete may be refused or partially refunded.
How to return an item
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply within 24–48h with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days (usually much faster). You will get an email confirmation.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 48h of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — you don’t need to ship anything back. The return conditions above do not apply in this case.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, opened consumables (e.g. pet treats) cannot be returned unless defective. Subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime from My Account before the next billing date.
